摘要：The compression fitting comprises a double-ended socket (1,11) with inner andouter counter bores (3,4). Each end is threaded to accept a compression nut (7). Anannular sealing ring (5) fits onto the tube (2) and into the inner counter bore. A gripperring (6) has tow coaxial sets of teeth (9) equi-spaced around its interior and directed intothe fitting. The gripper ring has at least one radial slot which allows the ring to be prisedopen to free it from a tube.
